Costa d'Amalfi Red
Wine known by the old merchants of the sea republic of Amalfi. It is produced by the grape vines Tintore e Per' 'e Palummo. Its color is intense red, with purple reflections. A whole range of bramble and spicy scents combine with a fruit hint. In it acidity, tannic rate and softness are very well matched to make its taste full bodied and well balanced.

The origins of the prosecco have been lost in time. It can be first dated to the end of the XIX century. From that moment on the prosecco has had a constant growth. Today the prosecco in the Veneto region is undoubtedly one of the most known Italian wines around the world. Even in the Roncade area the cultivation has given origin to a noble, frank and generous wine. Its’ grapes are selected with extreme rigor and are made into wine with a purity delicate pressing. One of its’ peculiarities is the brilliant pale green color. It has a intense fragrance that is fine and fruity. It is a refreshing and light wine perfectly balanced to conserve a good fragrance and pleasantly fruity.
It is perfect as an aperitif and ideal for appetizers of fish and crustaceans or even with any dish that is seen as‘delicate’.
