Barbera d’Asti Runc - Cascina Carlot

Of intense ruby red color with violet reflections, it opens up greatly on the nose, rich with floral tones of iris and rose, then bursting with hints of undergrowth, raspberry, and plum. On the palate, it presents itself as enveloping, warm, and rounded.

It's a versatile wine that pairs well with cured meats, flavorful pasta dishes with meat sauce, heavily cooked red meats, mixed boiled meats, and game. Recommended serving temperature 16-18 °C.
