Barbaresco Camerenda - Cascina Carlot

Garnet red color with orange reflections. The aroma is ethereal and intense, supported by a slight hint of jasmine. On the palate, the acid-tannic component is extremely balanced, blended with a subtle note of violet on the finish. The dense but delicate tannic texture gives it a full and velvety flavor; bitter chocolate and prominent spiciness.

It's recommended to uncork the bottle a few hours before drinking. Suitable for roasts, game, and aged cheeses as well as for first courses with truffle or mushrooms. Recommended serving temperature 18-20 °C.
