Friularo Ambasciatore - Conselve
The grapes from which it comes are indigenous, dark blue in color. After the harvest, they are left to dry in the fruit drying room until well into winter. The resulting wine is aged in large oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months. The result is an elegant wine, with an intense aroma, featuring spicy notes, violet, and sour cherry.
Excellent with flavorful meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. It should be served in a wide balloon glass at a temperature of 18-22°C.
