This is a lovely Cabernet Sauvignon, hand harvested and softly pressed at controlled temporature and then aged in Oak cask for 3-6 months. The wine is silky rich and austere , full in body and lightly erbaceous. ideal for rich braised red meat dishes and pasta ragu', plus hard cheeses.
