Destemming, gentle pressing, and static sedimentation at controlled temperatures. Maturation for about 2 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees to highlight the characteristic notes of the grape variety. After bottling, it undergoes an additional refinement in the bottle for about a month at a controlled temperature.
