This Lambrusco Grasparossa has all the typical characteristics of the grape of origin: brilliance on the shades of intense ruby red, flowers with hints of fruit from the undergrowth on the nose, body and balanced tannins, persistence. Excellent to combine with more complex dishes such as: game, grilled meat, veal stew, cut of beef, snails and red meats in general; but also ideal and versatile for the whole meal.
